I'm an oatmeal eater :)

On saturday I tasted oatmeal for the first time...and boy did i like it!!! Mommy had been trying to get me to eat gross cereal for the past few weeks, and I just wasnt going to do it...Have you tried that nasty stuff? Yea, didnt think so......you wouldnt eat it either! Well she finally got some smarts and bought me some baby oatmeal and i love it!! I thought i would attach a few pictures of my first oatmeal venture. (dont mind the greasy hair, mom washes me every so often, guess that wasnt one of my lucky days! :)

I am starting to have a lot of fun in this world now. I dont scream everytime mom puts me on the floor anymore. i actually like to lay on my special blanket and kick and swing my arms around. I roll from side to side and look around and chew on my own arms and hands. And just for fun I make a huge slobber mess all over for mommy to clean up, or lay in accidentally, which she does quite often; you never can tell where i have scooted and there is slobber everywhere. I am also talking up a storm now. I figured out how to change the pitch of my voice and it is a lot of fun to make all different types of sounds. Me and mommy and daddy carry on silly conversations, i like to mimic what they say and end it with a big giggling- squeeling- laugh. I think i am a lot of fun to play with now!!

Well i better get off here, my world of arm chewing and slobbering awaits me.

4 month check up

I went to visit Dr. Hahn today. And oh am i getting to be a big girl. I weight 12.3lbs and am 24 inches long. I am in the 50th percentile for my height and weight on the premie chart. I had to get three more shots so that did not make me to happy but i know that they will help keep me healthy, so i guess i will get over it. :)

I had a big weekend with mommy and daddy. We went to grandpa smiths and had a bondfire saturday night. it was a lot of fun. I got to see all kinds of family that i hadnt seen in a while. and i got to stay over night with grandpa smith. And then on sunday we went to grandma plunketts house for dinner. I got to visit with aunt brooke and uncle braden and bolton, it was such a fun time!!!

I have a pretty busy week this week too. i had my dr. appointment today, and wednesday is mommys birhtday and we get to go to lafayette again wednesday night for daddys interview on thursday. It is going to be a fun and exciting week.

Well i better get back to slobbering all over mommy and causisng a rucus. Hope everyone has a good week.

The pink blanket one she was 4 days old. The one with her fist in her mouth and the pink dresses on she is 17 days old. The carseat one she is 4 weeks old. The one with her name on it she is 6 weeks old and the one that she is standing up she is 9 weeks old.

Just an update on how i am feeling

I am feeling a lot better now!!! YAY!! The thrush is FINALLY gone and the acid reflux is under control as long as i take my medicine.



I just wanted to tell evryone HI and post a few new pics that you hadn't seen. The x-mas outfit is from Aunt Rachel and the other one is me and my great grandpa Troy. I stayed at their house last weekend, it was a lot of fun!!

3 months old

Well, I am three months old now. A lot is going on. I am still trying to recover from being sick, but i am feeling a lot better. My acid reflux medication is really helping and it makes me so much happier. Everything else is still going on so i think mommy is gonna call the dr again- but over all i am doing a lot better.


This past weekend i got to meet Grandma frary and Wilfred. They came all the way from New York. I also got to meet Aunt Jo who came all the way from Tennessee. We went down the grandpa Johnsons house on Saturday for the day and had all kinds of fun. It was so much fun hanging out with the family.


I am getting quite a personality. I laugh and smile all the time. And i really like it when daddy and mommy make funny noises and funny faces. But i have figured out that i do not like loud noises or a lot of noise, i prefer the quiet, and being outside listening to natures sounds. I am trying really hard to roll over- but man is it hard. I never thought it would be so difficult to make myself move, if only i could just get up and walk.


Well i better get going, we are going out to dinner for daddy's birthday. Happy Birthday Daddy!! I LOVE YOU!!
