Catching up

I have had such a fun time these last few months.

Mommym Daddy and I went on my first trip. We spent a weekend in Milwaukee, WI. On the way there I got to go to the Albanese Candy Factory and pick out my own sweet treats for the long car ride. Once we got into Chicago we went to the Chicago aquarium, that was really neat because I like fish. I have never seen fish that big before. I really liked watching the penguins. After we got into Milwaukee we checked into our hotel and went for a long walk and got some dinner. It was so much fun walking at night because there are alot of neat lights and it is so pretty. The next day mommy and me spent the whole morning swimming at the indoor water park! I have never had so much fun swimming, it was a blast! Then we went to the Betty Brin Children's Museum, and there was so much to do there I didn't want to leave. I played in an ambulance, pretended to be a doctor, played a princess at a stage show, became a farmer with horses and wheel barrels of corn, and so many other pretend things. It was such a fun trip, I can't wait to go back.

Aunt Brookie and Jenna came and stayed at my house over spring break. We did lots of fun stuff. Aunt Brookie even taught be how to blow REALLY REALLY big bubble and that is really hard to do.

Another fun thing I did recently was go to a live show at Elliott Hall of Music at Purdue. Aunt Rachel, Quentin, Mommy and I went to see the Backyardagins Live. It as really neat. I got my own shield and magic wand that lit up. Quentin and I even danced in the aisle. We had such a fun time. After it was over I went home with Aunt Rachel to stay the night. Then a few days later mommy met us at the Indianapolis Childrens Museum. I thought the sand and water pit was the best. I also liked the sounds the dinosaurs made and the big slide that we got to slide from the 2nd to the 1st floor. That as a fun week!

I got to play with Jake and Madison a few weeks ago too. We went to the park and played. It had been a long time since I had seen Jake but we got a long really good and had a lot of fun playing. I can't wait to see him again.

One of the biggest things that I have been up to is signing up for school!!! I am going to start preschool August 4th! I am so excited! My teacher is going to be Mrs. Harmon and she is really nice and all the kids were having alot of fun the day I visited the school. I can't to meet my new friends and learn all kinds of new things. I am also going to school this summer, well kind of, I am going to Vacation Bible School in June. The teacher told me I can go since I only miss the age requirement of 3 by 2 weeks.

Other than all this stuff I have been busy playing and learning. Mommy and Daddy say I am getting so smart. I love to learn new things. I also like to play outside. Mommy got me some new sand for my sandbox and I spent all week last week playing in it :) Last week I also spent a day at Aunt Kelley's with mommy and Bradley. We played with the chicks, and saw the pigs, and played with the dog and with all the toys. I played dress up with Erika, she did such a good job making me look beautiful. I can't wait to go back this week!
