A lot has been going on!
Wow! where to start.
Well the most important news- I'm 2 now!! I had a great birthday party with tons of friends and family here. There has been a lot of celebrations lately. I went to Jake's 2nd birthday party a few weeks back, it was a blast. Then my cousin Jalen had a birthday - we got to see him at Mema's this past weekend. Oh, and the 4th of July - WOW! what pretty fire works.
So... Mema's house. I had so much fun at mema's last weekend, aunt rachel and the kids were there. We went to the mermaid festival and rode rides. I got to swim a lot down at the lake and play in the sand. I love being in the water. I can't wait to go back to Mema's, mommy said we are going back in a couple of weeks!
My birthday... I had a lot of people come to help celebrate with me and i got lots of cool toys and pretty outfits. I am the most stylish girl in wet lafayette! One of my mommies best friends came and surprised me, she is from up north - I love Sandra Sue, and she got me the best gift ever- I am learning to be a doctor with all my new doctor tools :) and most of the time the boys and i fight over who is going to play with the doctor toys :)
We stayed at home for the 4th. We got up and went to a fish fry that afternoon and then went and visited uncle michael and aunt jen and then we headed to walmart for all the necessities and then headed home. I got to spend a lot of time with just mommy and daddy and we played and had a lot of fun. Then we went next door for the fireworks, they always set off all the good ones. I could also see the purdue ones from our yard and other peoples too. It was fireworks all night long. I really liked watching the ones that go way up in the sky and then boom with all kinds of pretty colors! I can't wait till next year!
I am completely potty trained now!! I have been for the last month or so, mommy was so proud of me because i did it before my 2nd birthday. I don't have any accidents during the day and i go to bed with my big girl undies on and have no accidents at night. Oh, and she doesn't make me wear those uncomfortable diapers when we go in the car anymore! I really am a big girl. And i have gotten used to peeing on the side of the road if i have too. And one time i may have "dropped a log" on the side of the road... yea that is really funny to say, i laugh so much when i say that and so does mommy and daddy. I really am lady like, I promise!! :)
Mom and the boys and I have been spending a lot of time at Tropicanoe Cove lately. That is the big water park in lafayette. I love swimming there and sliding down the slide and floating in the lazy river. Daddy even took the day off today to go swimming there with us!! We are going to have so much fun.
