Christmas Time!
It's Christmas time!! I love Christmas time and all the snow, especially playing in it :)
Mommy took some great Christmas pictures of us!
There was so much going on in December, i was a very busy girl. In teh beginning of December mommy and Carter and I went to a craft and Santa day the high school was putting on. I got to make all kinds of fun craft, including Xmas ornaments. And Carter and I got to meet Santa and Mrs. Clause and have our picture taken with them.
I had a fun Christmas program for school. I even got the play one of the leads, the Littlest Christmas Tree. The costume was kinds of itchy on my head but it was a lot of fun. The whole kindergarten sang a song just for me. Poppy, and Tia and Unc where there with mommy and daddy and Carter and then we all went out to dinner afterwords, It was a fantastic night!
As usual, a few weeks before Xmas we all spend the day making Xmas cookies and icing from scratch. We made tons :) and it took a long time to decorate and ice them, but it sure was fun. Carter helped me ice a few and eat a lot :)
Christmas was super! We spent Xmas eve at uncle Michael's with some of mommies family and then we had some of daddies family over on Xmas. And then we spend news years day and Mimi and Papas and the next day at Mema and Papas. Whew! it was a long and exhausting Xmas break - but lots of FUN!!! I got a lot of great gifts and the best part was begin able to visit with family that i do not see very often.
For new years Skye, Aunt Brookie, Travis and baby Joey came and spent the day and night with us to ring in the New Year. We made lots of yummy food and played games, and I had a lot of fun playing with Skye. We stayed up past midnight, mommy was begging for us to go to bed, i think we finally feel asleep around 1am. Boy were we tired the next day!
The beginning of January we had a lot of snow and Carter and I played in the snow together for the first time. I had a lot of fun making snow angels and throwing snowballs. I LOVE the snow!
Here are some pictures from December and January.
